P&N appointed Propertysolve as tenant advisors in 2017 to work with the bank to develop a property strategy. After occupying office space at 1 AdelaideTerrace for some years, and having been caught with a rent that was out of step with the market, we engaged Propertysolve to assist us to review our accommodation strategy. The Propertysolve team then undertook to identify possible lease and purchase opportunities for us. Upon identifying viable opportunities, the process then involved extensive due diligence which the Propertysolve team coordinated, from managing a diverse range of building design and engineering teams, evaluation of property market fundamentals to the financial analysis of short-listed options.
